When will my order ship?

All orders are processed in 1-2 business days, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, express 1-2 business day, Overnight 1 business day, and 14-30 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that during busy periods and holidays these times may vary.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

Please note that there are often delivery delays due to processing, transportation and customs clearance.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Solo Mìo Swim is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

How do I track my order?

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships, or you may track your items via Shop App which can be downloaded in the app store. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay payments and AfterPay. AfterPay is solely offered for domestic orders. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. 

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Please get in contact with our customer service team at hello@solomioswim.com as soon as possible with details on your order’s change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments on international orders at this time. 

Are duties and taxes included in my international order total?

This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order.

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is calculated into the total shipping price at checkout. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge by email, phone, or physical notice. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government.

We are legally required to claim the true price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.

Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price. 

Solo Mìo Swim is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.

What happens if my address is Incorrect?

Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We can not accommodate address changes at this time.

We have a reminder at checkout to help customers stop and make sure they are entering their information correctly, given the issues it causes.

Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it, can you assist?

Oh no! Since the package was indicated that it was delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking! Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.

1. Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.

2. Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended.

3. Is there a chance one of your neighbors mistakenly collected your package?

If you have completed all of the above, please visit UPS to file a claim and provide our team with this claim number.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure. An official non-emergency police report must accompany all claims for packages not received after being marked "Delivered".

What is a pre-order item? When can I expect pre-ordered items?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, a shipping date will be provided in the product description.

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you enter your email address to get notified when the product in your size is back in stock.

How do I care for my Solo Mío Swimsuit?

Hand wash only in cold water, use a mild detergent or simply water. Lay flat in the shade when finished. In order to preserve your swimsuits quality do not machine wash or dry.Please note that a high amount of chlorine can damage your swimsuit, wash immediately after use. Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners can stain or damage your swimsuit.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@solomioswim.com with your name, order number, and a quick description of the issue (with pictures if possible) and we will be more than happy to take care of it!
